Terms of Service

1. Platform Purpose

HelpFiji is a campaign listing and connection platform that allows individuals in Fiji to create fundraising campaigns. The platform does NOT collect, process, or handle any donations or payments. All financial transactions occur directly between donors and campaign owners.

2. No Guarantee of Authenticity

While we take steps to verify campaign creators through our ID verification process and admin review, we cannot guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or legitimacy of any campaign listed on the platform. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment before making any donations.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users are solely responsible for all content posted on their campaigns.
• Campaign creators must provide accurate and truthful information.
• Users must not create fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate campaigns.
• Users agree to provide valid identification for verification purposes.
• Campaign owners are responsible for fulfilling any promises made in their campaigns.

4. Platform Rights

• HelpFiji reserves the right to remove, suspend, or reject any campaign at any time without prior notice.
• We may verify, flag, or investigate campaigns reported by the community.
• Accounts found to be engaging in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms may be permanently suspended.
• We may modify these terms at any time with notice posted on the platform.

5. Campaign Limits

Users may have a maximum of 3 active campaigns at any time. Campaigns have a maximum duration of 90 days. Expired campaigns are archived but remain visible on the platform.

6. Abuse & Fraud

Any form of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account suspension. This includes creating fake campaigns, using false identities, or attempting to deceive donors. We cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.

7. Limitation of Liability

HelpFiji, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from donations made to campaigns, disputes between users, or any misrepresentation by campaign creators.
