HelpFiji does not operate as a payment processor, escrow service, or financial intermediary. All donations and contributions are made directly from the donor to the campaign owner through the campaign owner's provided bank details, mobile wallet numbers, or contact information.

Direct User-to-User Transactions

All financial transactions occur directly between the donor and the campaign owner. HelpFiji has no involvement in, oversight of, or responsibility for any money transferred between parties. We do not verify that funds are received, used appropriately, or returned.

No Liability for Fraud or Misuse

While we take measures to verify users and review campaigns, HelpFiji cannot guarantee the legitimacy of any campaign or the intentions of any user. We are not liable for:

• Fraudulent campaigns or false information provided by campaign creators.
• Misuse of donated funds by campaign owners.
• Financial losses incurred by donors.
• Disputes between donors and campaign owners.
• Any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of this platform.

• You are making donations entirely at your own risk and discretion.
• You have conducted your own due diligence before donating.

Verification Is Not a Guarantee

Our verification process (ID verification and campaign review) is designed to improve trust but does not constitute a guarantee of legitimacy. Verified badges indicate that a user has submitted identification and/or a campaign has been reviewed — they do not guarantee the truthfulness of campaign claims or the integrity of the campaign owner.
